BMW R-Series description

Selling my 2013 BMW 90th Anniversary edition bike. This bike has heated seats.grips. Audio with XM. detachable saddle bags, adjustable windshield. Bike is in excellent condition, has a couple small scratches on the saddle bags from by elderly father bumping into it in the garage. Selling it due to the lack of time to ride.  Bike has ABS brakes, Cruise control is not electronic but a twist lock. Warranty is not active, but no issues with the bike what so ever.

2013 BMW R1200GS Recalled in Canada for Potential Transmission Oil Leak

Transport Canada has announced a recall for the 2013 BMW R1200GS due to a potential risk of leaking transmission oil. As yet, no recall has been announced for the U.S. market by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, but we expect one shortly.

EICMA 2012: BMW Announces New Boxer to Mark 90th Anniversary

Over the summer, we came across spy photos of a new naked version of the BMW S1000RR and a new air-cooled boxer roadster and hoped at least one of the two would be unveiled at either Intermot or the EICMA. Intermot came and went without a word and now EICMA is upon us we have … well, several words but no new model. Yet.

Schaller Replacing von Kuenheim as Head of BMW Motorrad

BMW is shuffling its management team, with current head of the its motorcycle business Hendrik von Kuenheim getting reassigned to the automotive side of the company. He will be replaced by Stephan Schaller on June 1 in a domino-effect series of reassignments. Pictured to the left in the picture above, Von Kuenheim has been in charge of the motorrad portfolio since 2008.
