This bike is in excellent condition with no dents/dings, mechanical problems etc...
It comes with a high windshield and I would sell the hard cases if buyer is interested. It also has brand new tires. I am the orginal and only owner/driver. I bought this bike from Second Wind BMW in NH. I would prefer local pickup only and payment either before with paypal or at pickup is fine as well. I am selling to upgrade to a newer model that offers a lower seat option. I have loved this bike!!! |

Tue, 29 Jun 2010As the chair of this session I will start. On my walk to work this morning I got beeped at by BMW's C1 scooter whilst crossing the road. This, my most detested mockery of two-wheeled transport, beeped at me for no reason whatsoever but what angered me more was the pitiful horn the BMW has, it was a roadrunner like ‘meep’.

It retains the clean lines of the System 6, while increasing levels of comfort and practicality with a more scratch-resistant internal sun visor, a more robust visor mechanism designed to make operation with gloved hands easier, improved ventilation control on the chin, and a revised spoiler for better aerodynamics. BMW says it has a unique chin bar pivot which reduces the size of the helmet when the chin bar is upright. Weighing in at 1.57kg, the ECE 22-05 homologated Evo is a quiet lid, with noise levels registering at 84-86 dBA at 62 mph. The helmet comes ready for installation of the BMW Communication system, offering a Bluetooth connection to the BMW Navigator IV sat-nav, music players, mobile phones and other BMW helmets.
