BMW R-Series tech info
BMW R-Series description
Bike runs excellent. True miles unknown, the odometer does NOT work. Speedo does work. Tack is erratic. Tires are good to excellent. Turn signals, horn lights work fine. Bike is nice to ride, but there is a rattle in the front. Bags are not original on this bike, and are a little rough but functional. Trans shifts perfect. Good rider. Recently took it on a 300 mile ride with no problems. This old airhead oozes charm. Tank & fenders just painted & look great. I can no longer get my car in the garage, need thin the herd.
