Liquid-Cooled 2015 BMW R1200R Spied
Fri, 10 Jan 2014German site MotorradOnline.de has published a spy photo of what appears to be a new liquid-cooled BMW R1200R prototype undergoing testing. The production model should arrive for the 2015 model year, with the official unveiling likely to take place at the Intermot show in Cologne in October. The spy photo shows the top of the test bike, with the engines, wheels and exhaust hidden behind a railing.

EBR 1190 Wins 2011 European Superbike Championship
Wed, 02 Nov 2011Harald Kitsch and the Pegasus Race Team has won its second championship on the EBR 1190RR, capturing the 2011 European Superbike open race class title. The championship follows Kitsch’s win in the 2010 Sound of Thunder V-Twin Championship on the Erik Buell Racing racebike. While the Sound of Thunder championship was won against other V-Twin machines, the European Superbike class included sportbikes from the Japanese Big Four, BMW, Aprilia and Ducati.
