Additional bits include MRA Windscreen, BMW sport side bags, Akrapovic Exhaust, Kaoko throttle control, side stand enlargement, and tank protector. With one owner and low miles this K1200S is not even broken in. Nice cosmetic condition but does have some scratches on the left side (see pictures). Full maintenance service and new tires just installed here at SWBMW. With enough raw power to shock even the most seasoned adrenaline junky, the K 1200 S hurls you from a dead stop to sixty miles per hour in just 2.8 seconds. Once you're over the whiplash, you'll keep climbing, topping out at speeds that run neck-and-neck with the fastest production motorcycles in the world. 30th Anniversary Edition BMW K1300S Announced for EICMA
Thu, 25 Oct 2012BMW announced it will mark the 30th anniversary of its K series with a special edition K1300S. The 2013 BMW K1300S “30 Jahre K-Modelle” will be presented at the 2012 EICMA show in Milan, Italy in a couple of weeks’ time. Though perhaps not as popular as BMW‘s R series boxer models, the K series served as a platform for a number of technologies that were either new for BMW or new for the motorcycle industry.
