BMW “Persistent Erection” Lawsuit Dismissed

Tue, 18 Mar 2014

The Superior Court of San Francisco has dismissed lawsuits against BMW and Corbin-Pacific Inc. brought on by a man who claimed a motorcycle ride gave him an erection that lasted for several months. Melandri looked eager to make up for that DNF, leading every lap of Race One on his way to his third win of the season.

And, by the way the S1000 lofts its front wheel onto Portimao’s front straight at 150 mph, we’re becoming believers!
