2007 Aprilia Touno with 10,885 miles, all stock except for a taller Puig smoked windscreen and plug for battery tender. Streetfighter version of the Aprilia Mille, has same engine and suspension but less bodywork and more upright bars. Equipped with a very powerful Rotax 1000cc V-twin that puts out 139HP and has the Map 2 software upgrade. These Rotax engines are known for their reliability and can easily go 50K miles with regular maintenance. Bike is in a easy 9/10 condition overall. Super clean, never been abused, never been down, and always garaged. Has near flawless shiny black/silver paint on all the bodywork, pipes are pristine, wheels are a shiny deep blue. Brand new Dunlop Q2 Sportmax rear tire with about 15 miles on it. Brakes and the hydraulic clutch were just bleed with Motul Dot 4 brake fluid. Oil and filter change done about 1000 miles ago with Amsoil 20W50 and factory filter. Runs perfect, engine is smooth and has endless torque, transmission shifts great and clutch is very light and smooth. Very fun bike, this streetfighter will make you grin every time you ride her, plus it is a unique bike that is not everywhere! Comes with both the single and dual seat rear. Ducati Targeting Aprilia Racing Manager Gigi Dall’Igna
Wed, 09 Oct 2013Ducati has reportedly signed Aprilia Racing manager Gigi Dall’Igna to take control of its struggling MotoGP program. Neither Ducati Corse or Aprilia Racing have confirmed the reports, but several sources in the European motorsports press such as Motociclismo.it, not to mention a tweet from retired World Superbike Champion Max Biaggi, claim the deal is done. Dall’Igna has been an instrumental figure in Aprilia’s racing success since the manufacturer’s return to WSBK racing with the RSV4 in 2009, helping guide Biaggi to two championships and, pending the result of the 2013 season finale at Jerez, likely three manufacturers titles.

Sat, 26 Jun 2010I was delving around old press kits and found this Aprilia Enjoy, electric push-bicycle from 10 years ago. It had a top speed of around 20mph and a range of (probably) about 25 miles. But who cares?

The GT version is also equipped with “Autodrive” that has three different mappings: Touring, Sport, and Rain or can switch to a seven-speed manual shift without a clutch, the GT’s biggest addition is a half-fairing with an adjustable windshield and a 2-channel Continental ABS system (850GT ABS).
