Awesome running riding chopper. I built this bike over the past few years. Custom 2" extended 2" drop hard tail with molded super narrow sporty tank. The whole frame is molded and panel painted with ppg single stage white and a custom mix of house of color candy gold and gold flake. One off sissy bar, bars, exhaust, seat. Gold flake and white tuck n roll upholstery. One off electronics and battery box upholstered with white pleats. 23" front spool wheel with new tire. 18" drum brake rear wheel. Tc brothers forward controls. New rebuilt 1975 xs650 engine. Runs great. Starts up first or second kick. Lots of time and money put into this bike I just have a bunch of other projects I need to finish. Clean title in hand and I also have the original engine. serious buyers only. Fri, 14 May 2010Jean Philippe Ruggia, 1988, Coppice at Donington Park, Sonauto-Yamaha 250. This is elbow lean action. There was a previous blog entry of Ben Spies and his elbow grazing the tarmac onboard the M1 Yamaha, I admit it is impressive but I find myself admiring the horizontal angles that Ruggia submitted his 250 Yamaha to, with the above image taken at Coppice as a prime example.

Fri, 25 Oct 2013We don’t know if this is a case of a guilty man going free or of a braggart facing trial for something he didn’t do. Either way, Randy Scott, 26, was found not guilty of a Trans-Canada Highway run at 299 km/h in April 2012. The viral YouTube video of a Yamaha R1 rider weaving in and out of traffic was used by police to track down Scott with the help of a concerned neighbor’s tip.
Canada Gets Race Blu 2013 Yamaha Fazer8
Fri, 07 Dec 2012Back in September, Yamaha revealed a special “Race Blu” livery for a the YZF-R1, YZF-R6 and the YZF-R125 for the European market. Yamaha promoted the new color scheme with Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies sporting the colors on their leathers and M1 race bikes at the Misano and Aragon MotoGP rounds. North American consumers were left out, however, getting a Team Yamaha Blue and White version instead for the R1 and R6 (the R125 isn’t offered here either).
