Selling my 2012 Yamaha WR250R Dual Sport bike. Has 8,250 miles on it, about 60/40 of those miles commuting/trail riding. It's in good mechanical condition and it has every performance mod you could want with the exception of a big bore kit. Currently has a set of Michelin Starcross MS3 tires on it, also included are fresh set of Dunlop D605 Dual Sport tires. Oil has been changed every 1K miles with full synthetic. Seeley On Form On First Night Of North West 200
Fri, 16 May 2014Alastair Seeley took a double in the Ballymoney Borough council Supersport and Pirtek Superstock events at the start of racing at the Vauxhall International North West 200 this evening, what many “real” road racers refer to as the precursor to the Isle Of Man TT. In the Supersport race, the ‘Wee Wizard’ survived being caught up in a first lap crash at York hairpin that left him languishing in 16th to come through and win the opening race of the night on his Mar-Train Yamaha R6. Lee Johnston was the rider who went down in the first lap crash, causing Seeley to take evasive action to avoid going down himself.
45,367 Motorcycle Thefts Reported in US in 2013
Tue, 10 Jun 2014Americans reported 45,367 stolen motorcycles in 2013, down 1.5% from 2012, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau‘s latest Motorcycle Theft and Recovery Report. According to the NICB motorcycle thefts have been on the decline every year since 2007 when 65,678 motorcycles were reported stolen, though the overall trend appears to be leveling off. Japanese motorcycles continue to be the most popular target for thieves.

The man is flat out funny, a guarantee Grade A quote at press conferences and, as he showed in his unexpected podium finish at this year’s British Grand Prix at Silverstone, he’s still fast.
