Yamaha Raider description

2008 Yamaha Raider S, Design Yamaha tapped the custom world for styling cues on its 2008 Star Raider including a chopped-out rake, raised handlebars, and the widest tire yet in its lineup. The chrome 2-1-2 down-swept exhausts have an EXUP valve that aims to boost torque in the 2500-3500 rpm range and includes environmentally-friendly twin catalyzers and an oxygen sensor. Options Included It includes many custom extras such as Power Commander fuel management system, tachometer, low windscreen, chrome and detachable passenger seat backrest. Rider Experience The Yamaha Raider is the closest handling experience I could find to a sport bike in the cruiser category. With rider and passenger, it has power to spare. Very comfortable for trips. Makes a strong statement riding around town. Rock solid Yamaha mechanical reliability. Classic chopper styling. $8,750.00 9498574373

While last year’s M1 was predominantly blue, the new 1000cc version of the M1 sports more white paint with wide bands of Yamaha blue on the front fairing and along the side, flowing along the line of the seat. Like most MotoGP squads, Yamaha doesn’t want to be too specific about its MotoGP bike’s potential, estimating the power output from the crossplane crankshaft engine at over 240 hp.
