Here we have for sale a 1981 red Kawasaki kz750. This is a very nice looking and fast bike. It has 7709 miles but the engine was rebuilt and runs very strong. This is a proper sport bike and sounds very nice. This era of the Asian sport bikes is definitely desirable and for a very goo reason. These bikes are very reliable, fast, and maneuverable. Bob Collins to ride the 848 at Oulton
Wed, 06 Jun 2012Bob Collins will be riding the Ducati 848 Challenge VIP bike at Oulton Park BSB on the weekend of the 6th - 8th July. If you're into motorcycle racing, no doubt you'll have heard of Bob Collins. Former R6 Cup competitor 'Viagra Bob' as he was known, went on to win the Superstock 1000 cup in 2006 and then compete at the Isle of Man TT.
2013 AMA Supercross Atlanta Race Report
Mon, 25 Feb 2013James Stewart captured his first AMA Supercross win in nearly a year, leading every lap in front of 68,987 fans at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta in his most consistent main event showing so far this season. The Yoshimura Suzuki racer was dominant in Atlanta, posting the fastest qualifying times and taking the holeshot to lead his eight-lap heat race before doing it again in the 20-lap main event. Stewart’s previous win was March 10, 2012, at Daytona International Speedway.
Kawasaki Reports Q3 2011-2012 Results
Wed, 01 Feb 2012Kawasaki reported a net profit of 33.7 billion yen (US$441.9 million) for the nine months ended Dec. 31, 2011, but its motorcycle and engine division continues to operate at a loss. The motorcycle and engine division, which also includes ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft and power products, operated at a loss of 4.58 billion yen (US$60.1 million) over the first three quarters of Kawasaki‘s 2011-2012 fiscal year, including a loss of 2.2 billion yen (US$28.9 million) in the third quarter alone.
