Up for auction is a lovely, unmolested 1976 Honda CB550 with only 6081 original miles. Runs like a Swiss watch. Recently underwent a dealer tuneup, ($600). New rubber. No damage except for a shallow helmet dent on the tank. Normal age related chrome deterioration. Tank is clean inside. Great exhaust, no rust or damage. Clear Texas title. In past years, the biennial Auto Expo in India slipped under the radar while the industry was focused more on shows such as EICMA in Italy and Intermot in Germany. But with India’s middle class starting to flex its financial muscle while other markets continue to struggle, the New Delhi show is becoming much more prominent, with major OEMs positioning themselves to claim a piece of the India’s 13 million vehicles-a-year market. Hopkins to Sit Out 2013 Racing Season to Recover from Injuries

American John Hopkins announced he is taking a sabbatical from racing for 2013 to recover from a number of significant injuries. Hopkins’ once very promising racing career has been hampered by both a series of bad luck and injury. It seems so long ago that Hopkins finished fourth overall in the 2007 MotoGP Championship with Suzuki.
