1972 Honda 750 in need of restoration. This bike was a barn find and is sold with out a title but a bill of sale. The bike has good compression and the gas tank is clean on the inside I got the bike and have done some polish work on the engine cases and it will look great when finished The seat is in great shape .the left side panel is cracked ,The bike has some on paint work by me on the frae and will be cleaned up before it goes out. The exhaust is toast . That being said I think this would be an easy bike to get back on road it has low miles 19000 and these bikes are bullet proof would make a good winter project and I really like the looks of the 1972 Honda CB 750 with some work this should be an old classic . Sat, 06 Apr 2013Back in the 60s, American Honda tested the durability of its motorcycles by sending a CL72 Scrambler on a 950-mile trek through rocks, sand washes, dry lake beds, mountain passes and paved roads. Fifty years later, that legendary run is remembered for inspiring one of the most significant off-road races in the world—the Baja 1000. In celebration, the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles is hosting a tribute dinner, one-day off road show, and summer-long exhibition called Braving Baja, 1,000 Miles to Glory.

Mon, 15 Apr 2013Hometown hero Ryan Dungey put a stop to Ryan Villopoto‘s winning streak, taking the victory before 48,846 supportive fans at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minn. The Red Bull KTM rider from nearby Belle Plaine, Minn., stalked Monster Energy Kawasaki‘s Villopoto for most of the race before taking the lead and winning the 20-lap race by just 0.903 seconds. The win put Dungey into second place in the standings ahead of Rockstar Suzuki‘s Davi Millsaps and perhaps more importantly, cut away at Villopoto’s points lead.
