Bobber Bobber description

This Bobber Rat Bike was professionally built by Bobber Pros of Mesa Arizona. It was built on the framework of a 1998 883 Sportster. It has a hardtail frame and a springer front end. Lots of patina with this one. I have won several trophies with this bike and it draws lots of attention wherever I go. It is a one of a kind motorcycle and you will never see another like it. Everything works as it should and it is a pleasure to ride. More photos are available. It is a tribute to The Manzanita Motorspeedway of the '50's and 60's. It is simply time to lessen the herd and It has been one of the most enjoyable motorcycles I have ever owned. I hope the next owner enjoys it as much as I have. Feel free to ask any questions and I will promptly reply. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges and I will be available for assistance. Actual mileage is unknown. Very reasonably priced. (this bike is not rusty, it only appears to be so because of an acid treatment for the desired affect)

Wed, 15 Dec 2010

A UNIQUE Harley-Davidson motorcycle – the only one in the UK – has been created by a Scottish dealership. Glasgow-based West Coast Harley-Davidson’s customised Bobber style XL1200 Nightster screams style and individuality, with a Harley-Davidson Factory Radical Paint set and a host of added accessories. Named Devil’s Infantry, the paint kit on the striking machine is one of just five across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

The Harbortown Bobber DVD Review

Fri, 22 Jan 2010

On the surface, The Harbortown Bobber by One World Studios Ltd. is a documentary about the build/restoration of a bobber bike owned by Scott Di Lalla, co-founder of One World, and co-producer/co-director of Harbortown. However, what I took away from the 75-minute DVD was that the film is less about the skeletal remains of a ’69/’71 Triumph rising from the ashes, and more about the people (characters in a film for sure!) that help Scott along the way to realizing his dream of breathing life into a bobber of his own.
