Yamaha YZF-R description

I'm selling my 2015 R6. In no rush, the bike is awesome and in great condition. The only reason I'm selling is to buy a different bike next year. It has been garage kept, well maintained, adult owned, never tracked or raced.

A list of mods:

Bauce Racing ECU Flash
Graves Megaphone Exhaust
Graves Block-off Plates
Motodynamic Flush Mount Turn Signals and Integrated Tail Light
Graves Fender Eliminator
Amazon Shorty Levers
Amazon Tinted Windshield
Tank Pads
Probably more...

The good:
This bike has been MAINTAINED. All work has been done by me to ensure it was done correctly. The oil was changed with Yamalube dino oil at 100, 600, 1200 miles. The oil was changed with Motul 300v Full Synthetic at 2000, 3500, and 5000 miles. New Oil filters used at every change. Coolant swapped out with water wetter to help with the Arizona heat! It has also ONLY run premium Chevron gas. The bike will also come with all original parts (that I can find) The bike has never really been rode hard, used for weekend rides and some commuting to work and back.

The bad:
The plastic bolts holding the windshield in the front were stripped out so I replaced them with painted metal screws. They look ok, not great. Missing one small fairing bolt...rattled out I guess? Small scratch in the black paint on the frame that happened when I took off the tank and the side accidentally rubbed down on it. A tiny chip out of the graphics on one side from a rock. The rear tire is original and will need to be replaced in the next 1000 or so miles.

The bike has about 5,100 miles on it currently but I ride it at least 3 days a week so it will go up as time goes on. I am firm at $8300, if you can find it cheaper somewhere else by all means I recommend buying from them. Cash only sale, and of course cash must be in my hand to test ride. If you have any questions feel free to ask!

The bike is currently on lien, but will be paid off in the next couple of days. The paper copy of the title should be received early next week.

Again I am firm at $8300. Please do not call or text if you plan on offering less. I will say no.

Day 5 Dakar 2014: Coma Wins Stage, Moves Into Overall Lead

Thu, 09 Jan 2014

Red Bull KTM factory rider and three-time Dakar winner Marc Coma won stage five today followed by his teammate Jordi Viladoms and KTM supported rider Kuba Przygonski allowing KTM to scoop the top three places. Today´s stage five from Chilecito to Tucuman was characterized by hot temperatures, lots of sand and navigation in dry vegetation. Organizers decided to cancel the second part of the special for safety reasons and also because heavy thunderstorms threatened the area.

A MotoGP rep for under £100?

OK, so it's only for kids, but the new Yamaha M1 WGP 50th Anniversary Balance Bike is still quite cool. Aimed at kids between 2 and 6 years old, it's the same Kiddimoto superbike design that's been around for a few years, and costs the same as the standard Kiddimoto. Which means you effectively get the special graphics and Yamaha branding free of charge.

2015 Yamaha XC155 Scooter Gets CARB Approval

The Honda PCX150 may be getting some new competition, as  the California Air Resource Board granted an executive order certifying the 155cc Yamaha XC155 scooter. Available in Asian markets last August under the names Majesty S and SMax. Sporting a fuel-injected 155cc liquid-cooled four-valve Single, the XC155 inherits the styling of larger Yamaha scooters including the 395cc Majesty that was part of the company’s U.S.
