Bike has OEM rebuilt engine with only 10 hours of trail use only on it. bike has never been race. bike is very fast, has a bunch of upgrades. bike has renthal bars, renthal chain wheel. new rear brake master cylinder, new plastics, new graphics kit, new suspension components. bike also comes with a bunch of extras. comes with extra clutch discs, 2 pistons, new set of cams, extra set of plastics, set of spare tires. price is or best REASONABLE offer. Thu, 08 Aug 2013Foremost Insurance/Pegram Racing SuperBike rider Larry Pegram will be back in racing action this weekend but, instead of being aboard his familiar #72 Yamaha YZF-R1 SuperBike, Larry will be behind the wheel of a PRO Buggy sponsored by RealTree Outdoor Energy Drink. The PRO Buggy class features rear-engine, rear-wheel-drive, purpose-built racing buggies with lots of suspension travel and lots of horsepower. Pegram is no stranger to car racing, having done a few road racing events last year, but he’s excited about the opportunity to kick up some mud this weekend at RedBud MX in Buchanan, MI, as part of The Off-Road Championship (TORC) series.

Wed, 01 Feb 2012Yamaha factory rider Ben Spies led for most to the second day of MotoGP testing at Sepang before settling for the second best lap the time sheets behind defending World Champion Casey Stoner. Spies rode 37 laps and recorded a time of 2:01.052, which stood as the fastest lap in the morning session. That time was surpassed later in the afternoon by Repsol Honda rider Stoner by 0.157 seconds.
Yamaha Trademarks YZF-R3
Thu, 16 Jan 2014Yamaha has filed for a trademark with the European Union for the names “YZF-R3” and “R3“. The trademark applications were filed Jan. 6 and are still under review, but once approved, we should expect Yamaha to introduce a new YZF-R3 soon after.
