Yamaha XS description

Nice original condition Yamaha XS2 for sale.

This bike has been my daily rider for the past eight years. Has all the upgrades...including pamco ignition, new coils, halogen headlight, new tapered head bearings, new bronze swing arm bushings, and new reproduction shocks.
Nice original paint (one ding in the tank), nice set of original mufflers, seat is a reproduction.
This is a "turn key bike" as they say, and you will be able to get right on it and ride it. I also have a clear title for the bike in my name.
New rear tire, might need a front tire and a battery in the near future, both are good right now so I left them alone. Front tire might last through the riding season....battery is two years old...just saying.
This bike always fires up on the first kick!  A great rideable vintage motorcycle. I live just north of Philadelphia, and that's where the bike is. I currently have it listed for sale locally, so Im reserving the right to end the auction early. I would suggest that if you like the bike to click the buy it now, that way youre guaranteed to get the bike.
If you're seriously interested in purchasing this bike, I would prefer that you message me.....feel free to ask questions here or message me if you are a serious buyer, please. best way is to text me @ 267-356-1910, name is Tom. I can send much better pics of anything in particular youd like to see, and answer all you questions.

This motorcycle is sold "as is, where is". no warranty expressed or implied. What you see is what you get.

  Thanks for looking!

2013 Yamaha YZF-R6 Color and Graphic Options Announced

Thu, 13 Sep 2012

Those of you hoping for an updated Yamaha YZF-R6 will have to wait for at least another year, as Yamaha announced the 599cc sportbike is returning for 2013 unchanged except for new colors and graphics. Yamaha last updated the R6 in 2008, equipping it with the company’s Yamaha Chip Controlled Intake (YCC-T) variable-length intake system. The lack of any significant updates to the 2013 R6 must be disappointing to Yamaha fans, especially as the color updates were announced the same day Kawasaki is expected to reveal a new 636cc ZX-6R.

Donington Park and the Roman rebel.

Thu, 31 Mar 2011

We know the sun always shines on the righteous and that’s exactly what happened last weekend at Donington Park. Yes its good honest people back in charge of the Derbyshire circuit so we saw summer sunshine for Friday’s free practice and also for WSB race two on Sunday. The circuit is better than ever with a new Esses section in place, and while the paddock remains unchanged, work has already started that will see gradual revamp over the year ahead.
