This 2003 Yamaha XVS1100 Classic is in fair-good shape , Will come with aftermarker saddlebags, windshield, passenger backrest with luggage rack. The bike does run and rides good, but does have a big dent in fuel tank and front fender (shown in picture) . This is a perfect bike for a new rider that wanted to learn how to ride or just cheap transportation . Tires are in Good shape , no leaks

Tommy Hayden has signed on to race the remainder of the 2012 AMA Daytona Sportbike season with Yamaha Extended Service Graves Yamaha after joining the team as a substitute for the injured Garrett Gerloff. Hayden joined the YES Graves Yamaha team as a last-minute replacement after Gerloff got injured in the first practice of the Daytona 200. While Gerloff continued his recovery from a broken femur suffered in the high side crash at Daytona International Speedway, Hayden has raced his way to fourth overall in the championship standings after five rounds with two podium appearances.

Yamaha Recalls R1 and Super Tenere for Overheating Headlights

Yamaha has started a recall campaign on 2009-2013 YZF-R1 sportbikes and 2012-2013 Super Ténéré models because of a risk of headlight failure due to overheating. The recall campaign affects 19,045 units of the R1 and 4,683 units of the Super Ténéré in the U.S. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, heat generated by the headlight bulb socket may cause the terminal ends to expand, resulting in arcing between the terminal connector and bulb contact.
