2000 Yamaha Venture 1300 , Up for sale is my 2000 Yamaha Venture Touring Edition. (34000 Miles) It is a 4 cylinder 1300cc touring bike with CB, Electronic Cruise, Radio/Tape/Aux, Hard Saddle bags and Trunk. Within this past year I have replaced the factory speakers and Battery. I changed out the stock pipes with FTR pipes. No baffles in these pipes. Loud/And will turn some heads. (Stock Pipes Included if Interested) New rear tire Summer 2012. It is a great running bike for the daily commute or weekend getaway. I honestly hate to see this go, but maybe this will be the right fit for you. Not looking to trade. 2011 AMA Pro Daytona Sportbike Champion Danny Eslick

Danny Eslick won his second career AMA Daytona Sportbike Championship, adding another #1 plate to the one he won in 2009. The Geico Powersports RMR Suzuki GSX-R600 rider won three races this season and added another five podium finishes to win the title by a 275-256 margin over Monster Energy Graves Yamaha’s Josh Herrin. Eslick clinched the title after finishing sixth in the first race of the 2011 season finale at New Jersey Motorsports Park.

Yamaha Recalls V Star 950, V Star 1300 and Super Tenere For Possible Fuel Leak

On Oct. 28th, 2011 Yamaha filed a recall campaign with the NHTSA (campaign ID number: 11V533000)  regarding possible fuel leaks on 2009 thru 2012 model-year V Star 950 and V Star 950 Tourer manufactured October 2008 through August 2011. The recall also includes the 2007 V Star 1300 model with manufacture dates August 2006 to March 2007.

MotoGP Axes Claiming Rule and Adjusts Moto2 Engine Swap Fees

The International Motorcycling Federation‘s Grand Prix Commission officially annulled MotoGP‘s Claiming Rule. Effective immediately, teams using the official spec Magneti Marelli ECU hardware and software are exempt from having their engines claimed. Starting in the 2014 season however, the claiming rule will be cancelled completely.
