1977 Yamaha RD400
Bike has been in inside storage for several years .It will start and run but needs tuned . Can be stubborn starting from sitting .Tires will need replaced ...rear brakes don't work ..brake fluid has ran out while in storage .Im sure it's going to need tune up ect .it was project but now it's eating up space I need in garage .I have cleaned carbs out and put in new battery.It is sold strictly as-is absolutely no warranty .It needs gone over but is fairly clean for a 40 year old bike.I have a clear Ohio title in my name.prefer cash payment local pickup only ...can be looked at by appointment .it is for sale locally ..I reserve the right to end auction early if sells before end of auction . Mon, 18 Mar 2013The story leading up to the opening round of the 2013 AMA Pro National Guard Superbike season was whether anyone would be able to keep up with defending champion Josh Hayes. After all, the Monster Energy Graves Yamaha rider dominated the competition last season winning 16 of 20 races including a string of 10 in a row. The season-opening round at Daytona International Speedway appeared to start on script with Hayes qualifying in pole position.
Frog eBike – the Electric Successor to 1985 Frog FZ750 Concept
Tue, 03 Apr 2012San Francisco-based Frog Design released images of a new electric motorcycle concept, just as its influential Yamaha FZ750-based Rana concept gets enshrined at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Frog designer Jin Soek Hwang prepared the Frog eBike concept as an expression of how electric motor technology can influence motorcycle design. In a post on Frog’s blog, the designer says he was inspired in part by Frog’s 1985 FZ750 Rana concept (pictured after the jump).
