Y boot w/K&N filter. Rebuilt calipers W/Cross drilled front and rear rotors, Stainless steel front and rear braided brake lines. Rear sets from HVC. Custom polished fork ears. Chopped and shortened rear fender. SR 500 custom FT fender. Custom red stitched seat mounted on the original hinges & lock. Rear smoked lens cats eye brake light w/plate mount, smoked lens signals. Yamaha Files Suit Over Scooter Design
Thu, 05 Apr 2012Yamaha has filed a lawsuit against a pair of Japanese companies alleging their electric scooter copies the design of the Yamaha Gear BX50 scooter. The Yamaha Gear BX50 (pictured left above) is a 50cc four-stroke scooter sold in Japan as a commercial-use model, aimed for small business such as newspaper distributors. Yamaha has been offering the BX50 (and the BX50N variant) since 2007, selling 39,917 units as of December 2011.

Yamaha Opens New Motorcycle Testing Center
Wed, 13 Nov 2013Yamaha has completed construction of a new test course for developing motorcycles for emerging markets in Kikugawa, Japan. The 121-acre Yamaha Motor Kikukawa Test Course features a 1.18-mile circuit and a mix of multi-purpose roads and mountain terrain. It will be used to develop new motorcycles for Latin America and Asia.
