1975 Yamaha MX250
A true vintage racer, this MX250 is a one-owner bike from Sturgis, South Dakota. Bike had excellent compression, good tires and excellent cosmetics! A great bike for any vintage racer or collector.

Gypsie Vintage Cycle is one of the premier motorcycle restoration companies in the country. The motorcycles we restore and resell range in age from twenty to fifty years old. We are in the business of restoration not re-manufacturing. You are buying an old motorcycle that has been thoroughly gone through and re-conditioned. Unless otherwise stated the original motor, transmission, and drive train have been checked and found to be within acceptable tolerance considering the age and mileage on the motorcycle. Our prices reflect the level of workmanship we put into each one of our bikes, so if you are looking for a bargain, check craigslist. If you are looking for a beautiful restoration that works as it should when it gets to you, that's us!

All other shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer (especially international). We have worked with Keyboard Carriage, shipmybike(dot)com and haulbikes(dot)com as have our customers. Pickup at our shop is also available should you be attending the Sturgis Rally or just stopping through on vacation.

I was reunited with an old friend recently, my 1999 Virgin Yamaha R7 Superbike. By the end of 1998 I had won three straight BSB titles with the Yamaha YZF750, when main sponsor Cadbury’s pulled out leaving zero funds for a title defence. Wanting desperately to ride the new R7 and thinking a replacement backer would instantly get on board I turned down quite a few offers including a juicy contract from Crescent Suzuki (Paul Denning always enjoys reminding me).
