Victory Vision description

2009 Victory Vision TOUR, One beautiful, garage kept bike from original owner. I love my bike but have arthritis in the neck, so I think I'm going to sell it. Around 14k miles, black with custom paint. I had all the brushed aluminum look parts powder coated pearl white with glow in the dark paint mixed in. Just place on new tires. I have added many chrome victory specific pieces, has the gps hardwired in and ipod cable. Added nets in the bags and rubber in the trunk. I also have Vision luggage bags for all three compartments and the saddleman bag that goes on the passenger seat shown in the pic. I should still have 1 years of warranty left but haven't confirmed yet if it is transferable. Too many luxuries and add on's to list. Cruise control, heated seat and handlebars, windshield is adjustable along with many other items. Added wind fairings painted black. I am an engineer by trade so I am telling you it was excellently maintained. Amsoil fluid all the time. I get about 43 mpg in the summer and 38 mpg in the winter. Any questions text (757) 634-1317. No low balling, $14k firm as I don't need or really even want to sell it. $14,000.00 7576341317

2014 AMA Supercross – Atlanta Results

Mon, 24 Feb 2014

KTM‘s Ken Roczen continues to impress, taking his second AMA Supercross win of his 450-class rookie season at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. Roczen, who also won the season opening Anaheim 1 round, took advantage of a mistake by Kawasaki‘s Ryan Villopoto to take the win and move within nine points of the defending champion in the rider standings. The main event started with Smartop Motoconcepts Suzuki rider Mike Alessi taking the holeshot for his best start this season.

A postcard from Moto GP Jerez

Fri, 04 May 2012

If the weather over the Jerez Moto GP weekend was dull then the atmosphere in the press room was the complete opposite.  After the carnage and chaos during the Moto 3 race, the amazing Romano Fenati (in only his second GP) had the Italian journalists celebrating as he crossed the line to win. I smiled as they simultaneously began singing ‘Y Viva Espana’ as if to signify the end of Spanish dominance in the junior GP class.

Team Hammer Releases Martin Cardenas

Fri, 04 Jan 2013

AMA Pro Racing’s Team Hammer has released Martin Cardenas from his contract to allow the reigning AMA Daytona Sportbike Champion “to better pursue his goal of returning to World Championship competition as soon as possible.” Though the eventual goal appears to be for Cardenas to move up to the World Superbike Championship, rumors have Cardenas landing with the Yoshimura Suzuki factory team to race in the AMA Superbike Championship in 2013 as an eventual stepping stone towards international racing. Cardenas won the 2010 and 2012 AMA Daytona Sportbike championships with Team Hammer riding a Suzuki GSX-R600. Team Hammer held a contract option for Cardenas for the 2013 season but decided to release the Colombian racer, allowing him to take a different route towards a WSBK career.
