Up for sale is my 2012 Victory High Ball Motorcycle. 106ci (1737cc) Freedom V-Twin motor with only 1277 miles, Mini ape-hangers and white wall tires give this bike a mean old-school bobber look. A real head turner. It has Victory swept pipes, victory stage 1 air cleaner with the ecu reprogrammed by victory. This bike is quick and super fun to ride. It has the passenger seat and pegs added. Bike was purchased new from Mineola Moto . Bike has never been dropped or crashed.  Clean and clear title in hand. Vin check upon serious buyer inquiry. I have 3 bikes and never ride this one.     With the two test riders coming forward to act as replacement riders for the injured Rossi and Aoyama, it brought back memories of the days when the grid would be gifted with wildcard riders from the respective countries. The Japanese rounds were always attended by some of the top guys with experience of the 500GP and MotoGP bikes, through racing them in their domestic championships. What resulted was getting to witness the exciting and talented Japanese riders, and bring new riders to the attention of the teams.

    Motorcycle and scooter sales in the U.S. in 2013 remain consistent with last year’s figures, according to data released by the Motorcycle Industry Council. Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.

    As I’ve been gagging for the new race season to kick off so it was almost a pleasure getting up at stupid 0 clock to watch the World Superbike Championship  opener at Phillip Island last weekend. I have to say Messrs Burnicle and Whitham were on form although I was disappointed there were none of the usual verbal attacks on each other that always add to the entertainment.    I’m sure they will put things right soon but the world superbike regulars must have been disheartened that Moto GP veterans nailed five of the six available rostrum slots.
