He was announced as the winner of Allstate’s 2012 Victory Motorcycle Sweepstakes, winning the grand prize, a 2012 Victory Cross Country customized by none other than Arlen Ness. Defending champion Ryan Villopoto won his third consecutive AMA Supercross race in Arlington, Texas, but the victory was overshadowed by a season-ending injury suffered by one of his main challengers Chad Reed. TwoTwo Motorsport Honda‘s Reed trailed Villopoto in second place for the first six laps at Cowboys Stadium. Disaster struck on Lap 7 however as Reed crashed hard in the whoops.

TheVictory Across America Mileage Challenge asks long-distance-minded potential Victory owners to step up for the chance to have Victory Motorcycles pay for their new bike. Riders who buy a new Victory Motorcycle between June 1, 2014, and July 31, 2014 just need to have their dealer record the odometer reading at the time of purchase and then return to the dealership on or before July 31, 2014 to have the ending mileage noted.
