Fuel Valve M16 X 1.5 Petcock Valve 2-stroke Jog Vento Tgb Scooter Moped on 2040-motos

 This vacuum operated, tank-mounted, fuel valve petcock (aka fuel pump) is found on many engines including the JOG 2-stroke Qingqu QM50QT-4G TGB Vento Zip R3i. These valves often go bad or are suspect.

Please check your measurements before ordering since we sell 3 different fuel valves which look exactly alike with the only difference being the internal measurements. All 3 valves have a 22mm nut. 

The M16x1.5 offered in this listing is the most common.  We also sell a M16X1.0 and a M14X1.0.  The 1.0 and the 1.5 refer to the thread pitch.  The 1.0 has very fine threads. The M16 and M14 is the metric size of the nipple extending from the tank where the valve attaches and not the nut size.

Measurements:

• Valve Nut I/D: 14mm +
• Tank Nipple O/D: 15.75mm
• Nipple Threads; Semi- Fine
• Nut Wrench Size: 22mm

Mechanics Note: The diaphragm inside this valve fails, it will supersede your carburetor float valve and cause your engine to flood to where it will cause it to lock-up while sitting.
