Unchained: 2013 Triumph Rocket III Free of Power Restrictions
Mon, 21 Jan 2013Triumph has updated its Rocket III cruiser for 2013, adding more blacked-out components and a new seat, but perhaps the most significant change is what Triumph took away: the electronic torque limiter. Previous versions of the Triumph Rocket III and the Rocket III Touring variant had its power and torque neutered in the first three gears. The reins are off for 2013 however, with the Rocket III’s 2294cc engine delivering full power in all gears.
New addition to the cat family
Tue, 02 Feb 2016Triumph has unveiled a new product called the Tiger Sport. The motorcycle received an inline 1050cc “triple”, installed on the latest generation of Speed Triple, an electronic “throttle”, a multi-level traction control, cruise control, ABS and a slipper clutch. There is no full specification yet, but it is known that the motorcycle will be produced in two color options: silver and black.
Triumph to Mark 110th Anniversary with Special Edition Bonneville T100
Mon, 27 Feb 2012Triumph will celebrate the 110th anniversary of the brand with a special edition version of the Bonneville T100. The current Hinckley-based Triumph Motorcycle company has only been around since 1984 but the original Triumph Engineering Co. first began producing motorcycles in 1902.
