Triumph Speed Triple description

This is a 2003 Speed Triple 955i.  It has 15k miles.  It is stock except for the Scorpion exhaust which has a removable baffle.  It has a very nice sound.  It is in good condition and rides quite well.  It runs very smooth and has no issues.  Cosmetically it is in good shape as well.  All the lights work as they should.  This bike is ready to hit the road.

If you have done any reading you know these bikes are a good blend between an in-line four and a v-twin.  Good power across the power band without being peaky.  This, along with great handling, gives you great confidence out on the road.  It never feels like it is getting out of control.

I really do enjoy the bike and was really hoping to do some touring but decided it is a bit too cramped for my old knees.  I can answer any questions.  Thanks for looking.

Pedrosa: most wins, least successful

Wed, 11 May 2011

Should Dani Pedrosa win at Le Mans this coming weekend he will become the most successful rider In the premier-class not to win the coveted title. After his triumph in Estoril the Repsol Honda rider currently finds himself on 13 wins and in joint first and a win, at a circuit that sees him rank as one of riders with the most victories in all classes, would make him a clear leader. Joining Pedrosa at the top of the ranking is Max Biaggi and Randy Mamola, two riders who became associated with the number two.
