THIS IS A 1973 TRIUMPH TIGER 750, HAS GOOD ENGINE AND TRANS . WAS STARTED WITH STARTING FLUID BEFORE LISTING. WILL NEED NEW PETCOCKS AND CARB MAY NEED CLEANED OUT. INSIDE GAS IS CLEANED AND IN THE PHOTOS. HAS RUST, HAS CLEAR TITLE. MILES ARE 3,000 AND ARE ACTUAL TO THE BIKE, BUT WAS MARKED WRONG ON THE TITLE DO TO FAMILY MEMBER NOT KNOWING THEM. BIKE COULD USE SOME RESTORING, BUT SHOULD MAKE A GOOD BIKE. MATCHING NUMBERS AND HAS CLEAR TITLE. HAS EXTRA REPLACEMENT REAR FENDER. $50 DO AT THE END OF THE SELL AND REST UPON PICK-UP. Sat, 06 Apr 2013Back in the 60s, American Honda tested the durability of its motorcycles by sending a CL72 Scrambler on a 950-mile trek through rocks, sand washes, dry lake beds, mountain passes and paved roads. Fifty years later, that legendary run is remembered for inspiring one of the most significant off-road races in the world—the Baja 1000. In celebration, the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles is hosting a tribute dinner, one-day off road show, and summer-long exhibition called Braving Baja, 1,000 Miles to Glory.

I had a call from the Triumph factory in Hinckley today and the good news is my new staff bike will be ready for collection on Friday.
Michelin Unveils New Tire for Dual Sport Motorcycles
Wed, 06 Feb 2013More than half of the new BMW R 1200 GSs that roll off the assembly line in 2013 will be fitted with Michelin’s new big trail tire, the Anakee III. BMW and Michelin worked together to co-develop the dual-sport tire, which is designed to deliver all the safety and off road capability big trail motorcycle users demand. The Anakee III will also be available as a replacement option for other leading dual sport bikes, like the Suzuki V-Strom, Kawasaki KLR, Triumph Tiger and Yamaha Super Tenere.
