2008 SUZUKI SV650VIN: JS1VP53A382101272 Mileage: 6,932 This SV was just traded on a newer sport bike. It is in very attractive condition with a few minor mods. The color is dark blue metallic. The paint has 2 noticable blemishes. The left side rear fairing is scrapped a little and the left side of the fuel tank has a small dent. These seem to be the result of a low speed drop. There seems to be no other damage to the bike. The previous owner installed an aftermarket muffler, HID headlamp, LED turnsignals and a pillon cover. The pillon pad also comes with the bike. The tires have about 60% tread life left. The brakes have about the same pad life left. It has current PA inspection till 5/13. The oil and filter has been changed. The bike was on a reliabilty run and the motor, clutch and trans all sound and work as they should.If you have any questions or would like to view this bike please call 484-639-XXXX. Powered by a 248cc liquid cooled in-line twin-cylinder engine, the GW250 would seem an ideal choice for newcomers not interested in sportbikes like the Honda CBR250R and Kawasaki Ninja 300. Eric Bostrom to Race TTXGP for Brammo at Laguna Seca
Thu, 26 Jul 2012Eric Bostrom has signed on to ride the Brammo Empulse RR in the electric motorcycle race at Laguna Seca July 28-29. The race is the final stop on the TTXGP‘s North American series and a joint event with the FIM’s ePower series. The AMA racing veteran will join Steve Atlas to represent Team Icon Brammo at Laguna Seca.
Hopkins Breaks Hand in Testing Crash – Yes, THAT Hand
Mon, 13 Feb 2012Crescent Fixi Suzuki racer John Hopkins has broken a bone in his right hand during the first day of testing at Australia’s Phillip Island circuit. The injury was to the same hand Hopkins injured last season that eventually led to the amputation of the tip of his ring finger. Hopkins high-sided entering a corner riding a 2011-spec Suzuki GSX-R1000 (the 2012 superbike was not yet ready).
