Suzuki SV description

 Outstanding example of a 2005 sv1000s with the following modifications. "LED" mini turn signals with relay. Dano's suzuki smart TRE timing mod.. Suzuki technicians maintenance mode switch. Frame savers. Mini track stand mounts. Dobeck gen 3 electronic jet kit. K&N air filter. Battery tender leads.
 The following items are included. track stand pictured. OEM rear wheel, out of box. Complete DL clutch conversion kit as pictured.
 The only issue i see is a slight ding in the rear rim, no change in tire wear pattern , but i've included a new rear wheel just in case! This bike lives indoors on the battery tender under a cover. Its ready to ride. Buyer responsible for pickup.

Provisional 2012 World Superbike Championship Entry List Released

The International Motorcycling Federation has released a preliminary entry list for the 2012 World Superbike Championship. The preliminary list includes 24 entries representing six manufacturers: Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. Noticeably absent is Yamaha which announced last summer it would pull out of WSBK racing.

Suzuki Recalls 2012 V-Strom 650 and Burgman Scooters

Suzuki issued a recall campaign for its 2012 V-Strom 650 and Burgman scooters due to a defect in the brake light activation switches. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, rear brake lights may not activate when the rider squeezes the brake levers of the affected models. As a result, other road users behind the affected unit may not realize it is slowing down, increasing the risk of a crash.
