Runs great, very fast. 9 times out of 10 it starts with one kick. All iv'e ever ran in it is castor 927 2 stroke oil at a 32:1 ratio. The bike has a brand new set of sprockets and chain, a new clutch, a new pro air air filter, and a new NGK plug. Whats included in the auction 2000 Suzuki rm 125, a full bottle of castor 927 2-stroke oil, a measuring cup for 2 cycle ratios, the old sprockets and chain for more top end performance, and a one pump motorcycle stand. I really do not want to get rid of this bike because it is so much fun to ride but times are hard so I must. I do not have the title but a BOS will be issued. Thanks and happy bidding. MotoGP should return to Suzuka
Thu, 14 Jul 2011Suzuka was always one of the great circuits; unfortunately the Japanese track was dropped following the tragic death of Daijiro Kato in 2003 as the course was deemed too tight and dangerous for the rapid four-strokes. Owned by Honda, Suzuka is a magical place combining arching S-bends from the start of the lap, high-speed in the middle and finished off with the technical and oft racing deciding final chicane, the location of many fantastic last lap battles. However the death of Kato, and Honda’s major hope of a Japanese champion, placed a dark cloud over the 5.807 kilometres of tarmac.
Kevin Schwantz Tests Suzuki MotoGP Bike at COTA
Thu, 17 Apr 2014Former World Champion and Texas native Kevin Schwantz joined the Suzuki MotoGP team at Circuit of the Americas to test its new racebike. Schwantz, who won the 1993 500cc World Championship with Suzuki, joined test riders Randy de Puniet and Nobuastu Aoki in riding the new prototype which is set to enter the MotoGP championship in 2015. Our own Troy Siahaan was in Austin for the MotoGP round and he was on hand to film this clip of Schwantz preparing for his ride: Post by Motorcycle.com.
