I'm posting this ad.......for my 'Old Army Buddy' of 30yrs........He has a very nice 1988 Suzuki 'Calvacade' 1400cc motorcycle,that he's finally decided to sell.......It was for him, and his wife.....who passedaway last year........and this bike really hasn't been pre-owned much, for the past few years.That's 1 reason the mileage is so low.......it has only 51k (actual miles!)...It's pretty loaded up with options.......including stereo, C.B. Arai Helmet Sponsoring Upcoming Superbike Shootout Race Weekends

Arai Helmet has thrown its proverbial hat in the ring by signing up to sponsor the next two events of the new GEICO Motorcycle Superbike Shootout Presented by Yamaha. In addition, Arai has been named the official helmet of the series. The Arai Pacific Nationals will be hosted by the AFM next weekend, May 3-4, at Sonoma Raceway in Sonoma, California.

Did we see the future of World Superbike racing last weekend at the BSB event? Possibly, but only if everyone is on Evo spec machines in 2012. By setting the 2nd fastest lap in race one and running second for a while in race two, the brilliant Alex Lowes proved that with a good grid position an Evo spec machine can be competitive for part race distance at least.
