Suzuki Other description

Selling my one DRZ400 S. This is street legal and licensed through August (2014). I purchased at 400mis and now shows 3,800 (odometer runs about 10% high, if that means anything to you). Overall, this is a great bike in good condition. All adult miles and 95% on forest service roads. I'm not a fan of streets and I not near good enough for single-track mountain riding. Services done as they should be.It has never been wrecked, although it certainly has been tipped over and hence had the rear turn signal lamps replaced. A few scratches from riding, but all origianl stock plastic and mirrors. A small hole in the rear of the seat that I picked up after owning for a week, oddly it has never grown. All stock except for the following:- FMF exhaust - carbon fiber skid plateIt currently has the Dunlop 606 dual sport tires. The rear is due to be replaced, the front is good. I've got the original Bridgestones that came factory too. Will include a battery tender for your "off season" storage. Bike has always been "winterized."Asking $2490 obo (No trades, cash only. Title in hand)~Steve509-548-three five five sixLeavenworth

If you miss seeing factory two stroke racing machinery being ridden properly then you should consider a trip to the Spa classic event in 2013. I was the lucky recipient of an invitation to ride there last week and had a blast riding some tasty kit from the past. I went well at Spa in 250cc GPs  but the circuit scared me on the 500s.

Thu, 29 Mar 2012

The last time we assembled the superbike offerings from the Big Four Japanese manufacturers to determine the alpha male model was 2009. The CBR won that confrontation, but a lot’s changed since then. For 2012 Honda revamped the CBR1000RR, Yamaha added traction control to the R1, the GSX-R1000 lost a muffler and last year Kawasaki introduced an all-new ZX-10R.
