Suzuki Other description

1997 Suzuki Tl1000 , 1997 Suzuki TL1000s This is my custom painted Skullinater. Set-up for track days and razing hell in the neighborhood. 1997 was the first year Suzuki introduced the TL1000s witch used the TL1000r motor with larger valves that was detuned the following years. This bike has many track inspired up-grades, starting with a K&N filter to work with the full Yoshimura race exhaust pipes & cans. Also added the Power Commander to smooth out the mid-range and added a few more HP, about 135 at the rear. The front has a rebuild steering dampener, Tokico 6 pot twin calipers with EBC HH pads, Wave rotors, and Pazzo adjustable levers & SS lines. I replaced the rear stock rotary barn door with a fully adjustable Bitubo shock from Traxxion Dynamics. I maybe old but this bike will still turn 1:20s even, at Blackhawk Farms raceway. If youre looking for a classic v-twin that will try to rip your arms off and wheelie with the twist of your right wrist, this is it. Clear title. $2,800.00 7155810160

Wanna Take Your Bike for a Spin Across the Lake?

Sat, 01 Nov 2008

If you’re anything like me you’ve spent hundreds of hours dreaming of the time you could ride a motorcycle across the water – perhaps even take a scenic ride to the Caribbean. Anybody…hello…Bueller? OK, I’ve never actually thought about it before in my life, but somebody has.

A Different Bike Magazine

Thu, 12 Feb 2009

Motorcycle Retro is a pet project of former Motorcyclist editor Mitch Boehm, launching as Motorcyclist Retro in early 2008 under the Source Interlink media umbrella. It featured a contemporary look at motorcycles of the 1960s through the 1980s. However, the circulation numbers of MR didn’t meet the expectations of the media conglomerate, and they cancelled production of the magazine after just two issues.
