2004 Suzuki Volusia 800z Limited Edition with alot of extras. Memphis shades clear windshield included and installed (not Pictured). Many extras including Fog Lights, chrome neck covers, radiator cover, side covers, Vance and Hines aftermarket exhaust with jetting to match (great sound and no popping or backfiring). Jardine forward controls, saddlebags and rear backrest. Bike is very clean and looks like it was just purchased. Small scuffs, never dropped or in an accident. Fresh oil change and gearshift seal. The 2012 Suzuki V-Strom 1000 is unchanged from its previous version, last offered as a 2009 model. It’s powered by the same 996cc liquid cooled, fuel-injected 90-degree V-Twin engine as the previous model.

John McGuinness, second on the all-time TT wins list, added two more wins to his resume to win the Joey Dunlop Trophy while MotoCzysz once again fell just short of taking the bounty for being the first electric motorcycle team to record a 100 mph lap on the Mountain Course. The 2011 Isle of Man TT also had its share of tragedy with three racing fatalities.
Are Motorcycles Safer With Antilock Brakes?
Tue, 30 Dec 2008A new report says riders with ABS-equipped bikes can dramatically reduce the chance of a fatal accident. The study compared fatality rates among riders on bikes that have antilock brakes, and it found that death rates were 38% lower on motorcycles equipped with the optional ABS systems compared to non-ABS bikes. In 2005-2006, the fatal crashes per 10,000 registered motorcycles without antilock brakes was 6.6.
