2007 Suzuki Gsx-r on 2040-motos
Suzuki GSX-R description
I'm selling my 2007 GSXR 1000. I bought the bike in September, 2015. It had 5,171 miles on it. When I bought the bike I put in a new battery and I installed a new windscreen, grips, bar ends, frame sliders, swingarm spools, reservoir caps, new front and rear tires (Michelins). I also had the fork seals replaced. Since then, I haven't had any trouble with the bike at all. The only reason I'm selling the bike is I'm retiring from riding. At least for the foreseeable future anyway. I've owned just about every kind of sport bike and this is the sweetest bike I've ever ridden. It has done about 100 laps at JenningsGP but I'm not a fast rider and I didn't abuse the bike. There are no defects on the bodywork that I can find but there is a star about the size of a BB on the headlight. I tried to take a picture but you can't see it. The prior owner left a small spot on the headlight where he tried to get some bug stuff off with a hairdryer but that won't show up in a picture either. The M4 exhaust on this bike sounds great. I just had the oil changed and the bike is ready to ride. Two keys, no owners manual. I think the bike has always been kept inside. I kept it in a storage unit. You can tell from the pictures that the bike is in great condition. If you have any questions, please call (don't text) me at 850-212-8864 and I'll be happy to try to answer them. I'll be glad to meet a shipper with the bike if you need to use one.

Occasionally, some seriously trick bikes with a decent pedigree come up for sale on eBay. Here's the first in a small series of bikes that we've dug up for sale on eBay now. Queston is, which one would make the ultimate track bike?Mon, 01 Apr 2013 00:00:00 -0700
The California Air Resources Board has agreed to settlements with Suzuki and Piaggio for selling motorcycles that the companies did not disclose could be modified to exceed the state’s strict emission standards. Suzuki was hit with the larger of the two penalties, agreeing to a fine of $3,020,000, though the amount could be reduced by $1,812,000 if Suzuki follows certain provisions. The penalty is in addition to the previous fine of $885,000 levied by the Environmental Protection Agency for selling 25,396 LT-R450 ATVs and 62 RMX450Z dirtbikes with a racing map programmed into their ECUs that was not certified or tested. This racing map is not initially accessible to customers, unless they buy aftermarket devices to unlock the higher-performance engine mapping.Sat, 15 Mar 2014 00:00:00 -0700
Photo: Brian J. Nelson Danny Eslick capped off his return to the AMA Pro GoPro Daytona SportBike class in spectacular fashion, winning the 73rd edition of the Daytona 200. The native of Broken Arrow, OK, and a two-time series champ won pole and then outlasted the competition to win the big one.
