2003 Suzuki Gsx-R 600, Suzuki Gxsr 600, front and rear sprocket and chain recently changed, white L.E.D lights installed throughout bike, speakers hooked up great, clear sound! Power Commander installed, air shifter on the right rear side installed, 50 shot of nos installed into chrome swing arm (approximately 1200$ worth), stretched and lowered, custom paint job. Crash bars installed. Recent oil change. Brakes checked out fine. Completely tricked out and definitely an eye grabber! I have chrome mirrors with blinker lights to replace the speakers. I purchased the bike only a couple of weeks ago and decided I need something smaller. It has too much speed and would prefer something I could handle better. No joy rides! Team Hammer Releases Martin Cardenas
Fri, 04 Jan 2013AMA Pro Racing’s Team Hammer has released Martin Cardenas from his contract to allow the reigning AMA Daytona Sportbike Champion “to better pursue his goal of returning to World Championship competition as soon as possible.” Though the eventual goal appears to be for Cardenas to move up to the World Superbike Championship, rumors have Cardenas landing with the Yoshimura Suzuki factory team to race in the AMA Superbike Championship in 2013 as an eventual stepping stone towards international racing. Cardenas won the 2010 and 2012 AMA Daytona Sportbike championships with Team Hammer riding a Suzuki GSX-R600. Team Hammer held a contract option for Cardenas for the 2013 season but decided to release the Colombian racer, allowing him to take a different route towards a WSBK career.
Suzuki Reports 2011-2012 Results
Thu, 10 May 2012Suzuki declared a loss of 2.4 billion yen (US$30.0 million) from its motorcycle division over the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012. Though still a loss, it’s an improvement on the loss of 10.8 billion yen reported the previous year. Suzuki attributes the loss to an appreciating yen and the financial impact from heavy flooding in Thailand.

It was August 1980 and Lawson was undergoing a titanic scrap for the AMA title with Wes Cooley and Freddie Spencer here at Pocono Raceway in Philladelphia. The circuit is known as the 'Tricky Triangle' amongst the NASCAR drivers but the superbikes used a mix of infield and sections of the banked circuit.
