Suzuki GS description

2006 Suzuki GSXR 1000 Turbo. This bike has 265hp and currently holds the Hawaii State record for ¼ mile street bikes at 8.4 seconds. Not bad for a Hawaii track. All work was done at RevTek Speed and Tuning. The frame, swing arm, and some other parts are actually hand polished and not chrome. The panels has a custom paint job by Cosmic Custom Airbrush. The Japanese style tattoo artwork is the theme of the bike. On the front is a Mask of Hannya and the tail has Raijin (Thunder God) and Fujin (Wind God). See link for more images and videos. Suzuki motorcycle business back to operating at a loss despite being making it profit over the first six months. In November, Suzuki reported its second consecutive profitable quarter from its motorcycle segment, with a net profit of 300 million yen over the six months ended Sept. 30, 2011.

GSX-R600 long-termer update

When MF asks me if I fancy riding the Visordown test GSX-R 600 for a bit, I hesitate for about a millisecond before accepting. Why? ‘Cos my own courier’s favourite Diversion 900 may be heavy and utterly unexciting, but it is also a comfortable and trusty commuter ride that suits the Smoke very nicely, thanks.

The MotoGP circus moves into it's tenth appearance at the Estoril circuit, with the Portugease circuit playing host to a Grand Prix event in each of the previous nine years since the introduction of the four-stroke MotoGP formula at in 2002. Below is a reminder of the highlights of the previous nine MotoGP races held at Estoril: 2002 – Having won the last 500cc GP race at Estoril in 2001, Valentino Rossi (Honda) won the first of the MotoGP races held at the circuit. This was a race that was run in very wet conditions and Sete Gibernau had led for most of the race only to crash out with four laps to go.
