1979 Sachs Balboa Moped. Clear Transferable Registration (No Title for vehicles over 15 years old). Has 505/A motor, clean paint with some scratches. Surface rust on chrome. Cleaned gas tank but could use another cleaning to remove rust. New Dellorto SHA 15 carb. Starts right up and runs up to 30mph. Idle needs to be adjusted.
