This beautiful Italian classic runs well & is ready for touring or to admire in your shop or home.      

* this is not a restoration so it's mostly all original as from the factory.
*original paint polishes up nicely with some usual scuffs & scratches giving that old patina class
*gas tank has small dent on right
*as far as I know the only modification is the left handlebar switches, corbin seat, windshield.
* recent new brake shoes front & back
*recent new factory matched pistons, rings & cylinder barrels
*right muffler has small hole worn through outer metal on top.
*includes 1970's Craven fairing, fiberglass bags, trunk & mounting racks, double touring seat.
*Pirelli tires are fair condition on boranni aluminum wheels.
*shift pedal chrome is worn
*cables all good, everything works
*B.C. vehicle registration & transfer papers provided with the bike after payment clears.

Moto Guzzi V7 Special, V7 Stone and V7 Racer Coming to US for 2013

Piaggio announced it will bring its newly-updated V7 models to North America with sales to begin in mid-October. We’ve written about the Moto Guzzi V7 Stone, V7 Special and V7 Racer when they were first announced by Piaggio in March, and we already have a review of the V7 line up from our European correspondent Tor Sagen. As we predicted at the time the three 750cc models will be sold in North America as 2013 models.

Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM

More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.

Piaggio Opening New Design Center in US

Piaggio announced it is opening a new design center in Pasadena, Calif., to be headed by Aprilia RSV4 designer Miguel Galluzzi. Roberto Colaninno, chairman and chief executive officer of  the Piaggio Group, announced plans for the new Advanced Design Center at a dealer convention for the Piaggio Group Americas in Miami, Fla. At the moment, North American customers usually have to wait a little longer before they receive new Piaggio models, with most models arriving on these shores months after they are available in Europe.
