2012 MV Agusta F3 675 Enters Production … Finally

The long-anticipated three-cylinder MV Agusta F3 675 is now ready for production, almost exactly a year after its unveiling at the 2010 EICMA show. The F3 was initially supposed to begin production in September but now that November has started, MV Agusta’s new supersport is ready to go. The 2012 MV Agusta F3 675 comes equipped with a four-map ride-by-wire throttle control and eight-level traction control.

Developed by heavyweight designer Massimo Tamburini and Claudio Castiglioni, the director of MV Augusta, the F4CC will be the most expensive and limited sportbikes made so far. Parts for the bike will be 90% hand crafted out of titanium and carbon fiber, only 100 vehicles will be produced which will feature a 200 hp, 1078 cc engine with a top speed of 195 mph and a Curb weight of 412 lbs. 2013 MV Agusta F4 Models Now Available with ABS

Just as it did with its four-cylinder Brutale 1090 lineup, MV Agusta announced it is adding an ABS version of its F4 models to its 2013 offerings. Available for an extra 1000 euros (US$1,311), the Bosch ABS will be available for the baseline MV Agusta F4, the more upscale F4 R and the top-of-the-line F4 RR. That’ s quite a premium, but with base prices starting at 16,990 euros for the F4 R, 19,920 euros for the F4 R and 24,290 euros for the F4 RR, MV Agusta customers might not mind paying a bit more for ABS.
