Kawasaki Other description

2009 Kawasaki Concours ZG1400, Up for sale: 2009 Kawasaki Concours14 motorcycle is in great condition has been a very good ride for the past two years. Mileage is 16,523 and will increase as time permits. $6900 Bike is located in northern Minnesota in Duluth. I have a lien on the bike at my credit union. They are very easy to work with and transfering the title will not be a problem at all. I am the second owner bought the bike from the PO with 1280 miles on the clock, I have taken this bike all over the western US. However it is time for me to sell, I am not going to be going on any long trips for the next several years so I am looking for a smaller bike. The bike was involved in a small accident in Montana last year with about 75xx miles on the bike. I went into a ditch and scratched up both sides of the bike. Insurance replaced all the plastics the saddlebags and the only hard parts that were replaced were the lower saddlebag mounting point. The insurance did not total the bike or consider it a total loss so the title is not marked. I drove the bike home from Montana after it was repaired and have put over 9000 miles on it since that time and the bike runs as good as it ever did I have not had any issues at all. Just recently came back from a two week trip to Colorado and put on over 3500 miles without a single hiccup. Bike consistently gets 40 to 43 mpg normal driving if you really run hard then that number will drop to about 35-37. Tires put on at 125xx so about 4000 miles on them. Dunlop Roadsmarts Remaining factory warranty until April 2014 Some farkels: Two Brothers Carbon Fiber slip on B&M filter Power Commander III USB with custom map for Two Brothers, B&M and secondary flies removed Fuzeblock wired for a trickle charger and heated gear and the stebel dual tone horn with relay Projeck D Frame sliders Sargent regular height seat Murphs risers 1 plus a set of custom risers that I made Throttle Mister bar end and throttle lock Grip Puppies Extra Givi wind screen a bit bigger than stock and stock screen that is cut down 2 when you want wind in your face Buell pegs to stretch out a bit if you feel too cramped, they drop the pegs about 1 Ceebaileys saddlebag liners Targa Tank Bra Tank Slapper 3m file on the Saddlebags Stock parts that came off Thanks for looking $6,900.00 2182603910

Tue, 13 Oct 2009

Valentino Rossi has finished on the podium eleven times in his twelve visits to Phillip Island across all three GP classes. The only race at Phillip Island that he did not finish in the top three was on his first visit riding a 125cc machine in 1997 when he finished sixth. In 1998 and 1999 he won the 250cc races and since then has had nine podiums in the premier-class including five victories, the last of which was in 2005.

And a few models such as Honda’s NC700S and X, Kawasaki’s Versys 1000 and CRP’s Energica were unveiled without heavy prior fanfare, but gasps of surprise weren’t heard when the wraps were taken off Triumph’s Tiger 1200 Explorer, Husqvarna’s Nuda or MV Augusta’s F3 675 among others, whose existences were revealed months in advance of the show. What we’ve comprised below is our list Top 10 Bikes unveiled at EICMA that didn’t receive top billing but are certainly worthy of your attention.

Kawasaki Celebrates 30 Years Of Ninjas With Anniversary Model ZX-6Rs

Tue, 06 May 2014

In 1985 Ronald Reagan is President, Back To The Future is a box office smash, New Coke is introduced and so is Kawasaki’s first 600cc Ninja sportbike. Thirty years later we’re still riding Ninjas but, thankfully, drinking original recipe Coca-Cola. For 2015, Kawasaki celebrates three decades of Ninja models with a 30th Anniversary Ninja ZX-6R and Ninja ZX-6R ABS.
