81 Kawasaki kz 440 project . motor will turn freely . had 120 cold compression . 1 carb is stuck in carb body will need to be rebuilt . will also need exhaust shims , otherwise everything needed should be there . have a tub full of extra parts. no seat . was modified to not use side covers . was going for a brat style bobber . lost interest in finishing . FIM Updates Superbike Racing Homologation Lists for 2013

The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released an updated list of motorcycles homologated for the 2013 Superbike, Supersport, and Superstock racing season. Notable additions include the new BMW S1000RR HP4, the MV Agusta F3 and the Superbike-spec Ducati 1199 Panigale R. To qualify a production-based racebike for FIM homologations, manufacturers have to meet certain production thresholds.

Despite losing the World Supersport title last year to a hard-charging Sam Lowes, Mahi Racing Team India’s Kenan Sofuoglu, aboard his Kawasaki ZX-6R, hasn’t lost any of the pace that has made him the overwhelming favorite heading into 2014. He topped the timesheets on the first day of testing at Phillip Island, setting a time of 1:33.521, putting him at near lap-record pace. Second on the day was Dutchman Michael van der Mark, aboard the Pata Honda CBR600RR.
