I Have A 1983 Kawasaki KZ 1000. Its A Good Bike. Runs well. I Cleaned Carbs. Changed Spark Plugs. This Year. It Also Has A Brand New Battery.. It Wll Oventually Need Tires But Are Ok For The Rest Of This Year And possibly Next. The Only Reason Im Selling It is Because Its To Tall For Me. im a short Guy. It Has nineteen Thousand miles and some change on it. The Exaust has holes drilled in the end of the baffles from previous owner.. It has a real mean growl.. The Bike Has alot Of Pep and flatt out moves. Has windsheld saddlebags, tool pouch in front, and backrest. Askng $2000 or best offer its a steal for this old and clean of a bike.. The great-looking paint scheme of the new Special Edition Ninja 250R which features Kawi green with black side panels, echoes the MotoGP ZX-RR. This is a strange time to release such a bike since the British motorsports site Autosport.com recently reported that the Japanese manufacturer will announce its withdrawal from MotoGP racing on Jan.

Tue, 18 Feb 2014World Superbike testing at Phillip Island came to a close today, and when the dust settled, reigning champion Tom Sykes stamped his authority, setting the fastest time of the test at 1:30.239, just five thousandths shy of the outright lap record held by Carlos Checa. The time was set during the morning session of testing, though nobody was able to best Sykes for the remainder of the day. Eugene Laverty, who was fastest on day one, showed his pace was no fluke as he stayed near the top of the time sheets, ultimately finishing second behind Sykes, with a best time of 1:30.513.

Mon, 06 Jan 2014KTM rookie Ken Roczen captured his first 450 class win in the AMA Supercross world championship, taking the season opener at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, Calif. An audience of 45,050 fans watched a clean race from the rookie while errors by veterans like James Stewart and three-time reigning champion Ryan Villopoto knocked them out of contention. Villopoto had a strong start, taking the holeshot and leading the first eight laps, just like the Kawasaki rider had done so often the last few seasons.
