Kawasaki Other tech info
Kawasaki Other description
The time has come earlier than anticipated to part with my H2.
I've not gotten the chance to ride her yet and now that I am selling her, I probably won't. I've recently finished a 3+ year restoration and rolled her off the assembly table just this morning to take pictures. If you've ever restored a vehicle, you know that at this moment, shes as perfect and clean as it can be. ALL components have been meticulously restored to new or better condition. Completely rebuilt engine: Crank, pistons, bearings, seals, gaskets, etc. All hardware has been replated or replaced. All paint work duplicates the factory paint work. Everything works as designed. Starts first kick after the initial start. Transmission shifts perfectly. Professionally shimmed, all new bearings. All the gauges are correct and work as original. All new cables. All electrical: Lights, horn, blinkers, gauge lights, indicators: work as original. The only deviations from original are updated slotted connecting rods; improved oiling. An updated ball bearing clutch release mechanism (nos). Easier clutch pull Ivan's carburetor kit (all additional jets included in the sale) The entire build has been documented and pictures of any phase are available for review. I have numerous additional parts including a set of chambers and a perfectly good crank that will be included with the sale. I'm sure I'm leaving out details that someone wants to know so: Please email me with any questions or requests for addition photos or details. sfrontauria@cfl.rr.com I reserve the right to end the listing early as the bike is also listed locally. Shipping is solely the responsibility of the buyer. Discuss it with me. I will help in any way I can. |

Motorcycle Results From The 2013 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb
Mon, 01 Jul 2013The 91st running of the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb is in the books, and while much of the media attention focused on Sebastien Loeb demolishing the outright course record, setting the first eight-minute lap with a 8:13.878 — over 90 seconds faster than the previous lap record —in his Peugeot 208 T16, history was made in the motorcycle divisions as well. Below are the times for all the motorcycle competitors in this year’s event. As expected, Carlin Dunne aboard the Lightning electric superbike, took top honors among all motorcycle competitors, marking the first time an electric motorcycle has done so.
Brammo Earns Seventh Place Against Gas Bikes
Mon, 06 May 2013This past weekend, Brammo arrived to Sonoma Raceway in Central California ready to do battle. Only this time the electric sportbike manufacturer would be trading blows not with other electric bikes, but with their ICE counterparts at the second round of the American Federation of Motorcyclists series — one of the oldest club racing organizations in the country. We recently mentioned Brammo’s eligibility with AFM, and this weekend was the first outing. Team Icon Brammo and its two riders Eric Bostrom and Steve Atlas competed on the Empulse RR machines while third rider, Shelina Moreda, rode the Team Parker Brammo Empulse TTX — a modified version of the road-legal Empulse.
Mackenzie Tricker Looks To Pad WMX Points Lead At Glen Helen Raceway Sunday
Thu, 10 Apr 2014Having won the opening two rounds of the 2014 Women’s Motocross Championship (WMX) – at the AMA sanctioned Ricky Carmichael Amateur Supercross at Daytona International Speedway in Florida, and at the James Stewart Freestone Spring Championship in Wortham, Texas, Australia’s Mackenzie Tricker comes into this weekend’s race at Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, California, with momentum on her side and a 17-point lead in the series standings. Round three of the Women’s Motocross Championship (WMX) will run in conjunction with the FMF California Classic, which runs from April 9 through April 13, with both WMX motos taking place on Sunday. So far, Tricker has won three of the four motos held to date, and the Yamaha-backed rider is hoping to pad her lead in the series standings with a good finish this weekend.
