2015 Kawasaki ZR-14R limited-edition NINJA 30th anniversary edition. Only 176 miles. Only 300 lucky people worldwide were able to buy one of these new limited-edition Ninjas, which pays tribute to the 1984 original and we are offering one of them on this auction. Kawasaki Motors USA sold only 300, individually numbered and painted the exact shade of Firecracker Red and Metallic Graystone seen on the 1984 Ninja. In addition to gold pinstriping and gold calipers, this special ZX-14R is fitted with 30th Anniversary logos on the fairing sides and a numbered badge on the gas tank. Kawasaki is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Ninja with a limited-edition model of the 2015 ZX-14R ABS, explains Brad Puetz, media relations supervisor. With only 300 production units available, this 30th anniversary edition is highly desirable. Isle of Man TT 2014: Monster Supersport TT 2 Results
Wed, 04 Jun 2014Michael Dunlop led from start to finish to win the second Supersport TT race, giving him 10 TT victories in his career, tying him with the likes of Giacomo Agostini. Dunlop also joins sidecar racer Robert Fisher, Ian Lougher and Stanley Woods with 10 wins apiece, all tied for seventh overall on the all-time wins list. Riding his MD Racing Honda CBR600RR, Dunlop got off to a strong start, recording a time of 17:55.817 on the opening lap, giving him a 4.6-second advantage over fellow Honda rider Bruce Anstey.
2015 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R 30th Anniversary Edition Revealed
Fri, 11 Jul 2014Kawasaki added a new limited edition 30th Anniversary Ninja model, revealing the 2015 ZX-14R in a special Firecracker Red and Metallic Graystone color scheme based on the colors of the original 1984 Ninja 900, the company’s first fully-faired sportbike. Kawasaki had previously announced 30th anniversary editions of the ZX-10R and ZX-6R, both bearing green livery remembering the company’s World Superbike and Supersport racers. Only 300 units of the limited edition Ninja ZX-14R will be produced for the U.S.
Corbin Bleu Rides to Promote Free Style
Mon, 14 Sep 2009If you’ve got a tween girl in your life you’re probably aware that High School Musical star Corbin Bleu has a new motocross-inspired movie “Free Style” coming out on October 9. Bleu and some of his co-stars were on hand at a Kawasaki event at Piru Motocross Park in Piru, California to promote the film and the actor/singer took to the track. Bleu got geared up and took a KLX110 and a KLX140 around the track to have a little fun.
