Fri, 02 May 2014Kawasaki Motors Corp., USA and New Jersey Motorsports Park have announced a new partnership that will see the manufacturer become the title sponsor for AMA Pro Road Racing’s visit to New Jersey Motorsports Park this fall. The weekend of September 13-14, 2014 will be branded as the Kawasaki Devil’s Showdown, and will feature AMA Pro SuperBike, AMA Pro GoPro Daytona SportBike, AMA Pro SuperSport and AMA Pro Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson Series classes. Thu, 30 Jan 2014Kawasaki reported the fourth-consecutive profitable quarter from its Motorcycle & Engine business, with an operating income of 1.5 billion yen (US$14.6 million) for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2013. Through the first three quarters of its 2013-2014 fiscal year, Kawasaki’s Motorcycle & Engine division earned a operating income of 4.0 billion yen (US$38.9 million), compared to a loss of 2.0 billion yen over the same period in the year before.
