Who To Watch In AMA Pro SuperSport

America’s road racing champions of tomorrow are racing in AMA Pro SuperSport today, and their season kicks off this weekend at Daytona International Raceway. With events on both Friday and Saturday, there are plenty of chances for glory for the 48 competitors entered. AMA Pro SuperSport is the most unpredictable class and the racing gives a chance for riders in the large fields to step up and prove they have what it takes. A great example is reigning AMA Pro GoPro Daytona SportBike Champion and current SuperBike pilot Cameron Beaubier, who cut his teeth in his two-victory, two-pole season in 2010.

Stuart Easton has been the sole hope for Scotland in BSB since his friend and mentor Steve Hislop left us nearly ten years ago. Rat boy, as he’s known to friends, shone in the 125 and Supersport class and until his horrendous crash at the North West 200 last year was a serious contender for the 2011 BSB title. 2014 Kawasaki World Superbike Team Launch

Kawasaki officially launched its 2014 World Superbike Championship campaign, introducing its three-rider lineup of reigning World Champion Tom Sykes, Loris Baz and David Salom along with the Ninja ZX-10R superbike. The Japanese manufacturer also used the launch party in Barcelona, Spain, to mark the 30th anniversary of the Ninja line which began with the 1984 Kawasaki GPZ900R. Kawasaki revealed a special 30th anniversary logo which will be featured on the side fairings of the 2014 Ninja ZX-10R superbike’s livery.
