Indian Four Cylinder 438 description
1938 Indian Four Cylinder 438
There are a few minor nicks and scratches as you would expect, but nothing significant. While I cannot be certain, it appears to have original sheet metal. The tank was cleaned and sealed. The paint looks to be a color coat/clear coat. One flaw I want to point out, and tried to show in photos, is the detail around the right side front fender rivets was lost when the body and paint work were done. Otherwise, everything looks great. The only obvious incorrect component is the late model oil pressure gauge. Originals show up on ebay or at the swap meets, but they are getting to be a $1000-$1500 item. The one on the bike works well and the motor has strong oil pressure.
